My Story, My Standing,
What began as a personal fight for justice has grown into a mission to advocate for humanity, equity, and the sanctity of marriage.
I'm C. Marie Lundy, a wife, mother, and passion and advocate for legal reform. My background in bankruptcy law's procedures has taught me the importance of integrity and accountability within our legal system.
My story took a challenging turn when I was thrust into a prolonged legal battled that tested my faith, resilience, and belief in justice. Navigating my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case as a pro' se litigant revealed systemic flaws that affected not only my family but countless others.
Despite the heartbreak, I found strength in my faith, my marriage, and my determination to advocate for change. These experiences inspired me to write I Am the Wife, Not a Concubine, a book that challenges societal norms and fights for laws that protect dignity and truth.
Through my work, I hope to inspire others to stand up for what is right, protect the sacredness of marriage, and ensure our legal system upholds humanity and equity for all. Welcome to my journey - together, we can create change
